The Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Sport of Andalucia has invited applications for subsidies as set out in the Order of 9th December 2006.
Eligible projects for small and medium sized businesses (Pymes) are as follows:

1) Creation, refurbishment and modernisation of facilities, excluding tourist accommodation.
2) Refurbishment, modernisation and introduction of technologies and management systems, installation or adaptation of facilities for non-polluting energies, energy saving systems, water purification systems, waste reduction and recycling, reduction of noise and light pollution, fire safety systems and environmental improvement of the establishment.
3) Works to increase the accessibility and allocated space for the disabled.
4) Specific equipment to obtain certificates and awards for quality and environment.  
The subsidy is a maximum of 40% of quotation subject to competive tendering. Projects may not be initiated before the submission date.
Applications can be found and completed  on the website www.juntadeandalucia.es/turismocomercioydeporte and should be presented before the 31st January.
