The Business Development Support Center (CADE) will host this winter a new series of Business seminars given by the accounting and legal specialists at CCG.  They will consist of three interactive lectures examining what it takes to run a successful business in these economically challenging times.
21 January: Debt Collection and How to Keep Your Cashflow Positive: Are you tired of chasing your clients for payment? We will discuss the importance of good contracts; payment terms; and the legal process for debt collection and debt factoring.
11 February: A Year in the Life of An Accountant & How to Benefit From Your Profits! This seminar will examine the the accounting calendar and explain what a business is required to do and when. We will also cover how to raise an invoice and what is acceptable as a deductable expenses. Also, we will discuss what the best way is for an owner of the business to financially benefit from his profits.
11 March: An Overview to successfully employing staff: will cover topics such as what is a Convenio Colectivo and how this applies to your business; why you pay Social Security and what you get for your bucks; how to employ new staff and what to do if you need to dismiss staff.
